On the receipt of Your Lordship's Despatch Nr 58 of January 9th on the subject Kunimproved Lots of building Land resumed by the Colonial Government, I cheerfully recognized the liberal principles therein laid down for my
guidance
now
In
connexion with this subject I have "the honor to enclose a list of Lots which
have been unimproved since their first sale. Some of the applicants for their resumption by:
the Government have already paid up Rend to the date of their application, and the rest have been informed that their case would be favourably represented to Your Lordship, on condition of The Right Honorable,
